## What is 湘助残?

“湘助残”APP是湖南省残联委托、湖南艺术湖湘文化发展有限公司免费赞助开发和后期运行的志愿者助残服务平台，也是志愿者和残疾人之间的供需对接平台，属全国首创。
通过“湘助残”APP，残疾人朋友可以“下单”志愿服务需求，附近志愿者可以根据自身实际实时“接单”，为残疾人提供力所及的志愿服务，后台数据已与“湖南志愿服网”（www.hnvs.cn）互联互通。
