## What is 新石鼓?

“新石鼓”APP是石鼓区委融媒体中心与湖南日报社联合打造，基于“新湖南云”数据资源和技术支持开发建设的客户端，提供新闻、民生资讯、政务服务的官方客户端。“新石鼓”以新闻+政务+服务为核心定位，综合应用文字、图片、动图、H5、视频、智能抓取等等新技术手段，为受众提供可读、可视、可听的新闻，增强石鼓宣传的吸引力和传播力，推动石鼓便民服务事项向移动端聚集，让石鼓声音在主流新媒体平台上“响”起来，权威“立”起来。
“新石鼓”APP是石鼓区主流舆论阵地、综合服务平台、社区信息枢纽、精神文化家园。
