遊戲本身製作得還算精緻，但是客服實在太爛了。客服人員對遊戲的理解非常皮毛，常常不做調查就胡亂解釋，沒有邏輯，有時甚至無知得可笑。實在解釋不通了也死不承認遊戲有問題，就只會空口說沒問題，企圖敷衍了事，甚至採取趁玩家下線時強行關閉問題的低劣手段。低水平的客服大幅降低了玩家感受，可惜了這款算不錯的遊戲。

武將出的資質根本不平衡，而且到了後期基本全部都是需要大課金的紅將，像大部分我們這些中課的玩家來說課了等於沒課，和低戰拉不開多少距離，而且每一次都是我們這些中課運氣最差，好處給無課玩家都覺得比給我們這種中課玩家好。從而繼續誘導我們課金。

Nice game. But there is no confirmation when you spend “yuanbao” (the most valuable currency in the game), so it is very likely to use it by accident for something you don’t actually need. Obviously they will not refund you as it might be their strategy...

本人一直都是以遊客身分登陸的，也充過值到VIP4（s8 三千越甲），大殿和武將都練到相當規模了，今天2020/11/21登陸就給踢到了新服，重新給了個新的遊客身分，想登回原來的s8服已不可能，原來所有的東西都沒有了，原來的心血都白費了，這遊戲難道就是這樣對待玩家的嗎？這樣運營遊戲實在令玩家心寒，如果這是一個最終結果，這款遊戲建議大家還是不要玩了。

新版本经常登陆不了， 显示登入超时 游戏内，经常断链接 做任务时，经常闪退 游戏体验相较于上一版，变差 游戏内的设定变更，不一致 藏宝阁更新了新宝物，可通关奖励还是旧宝物碎片 新服开的过快，新服更新落后，大殿25，跨服也不开。
一服比一服垃圾。
反应问题，只会敷衍，根本不解决问题。
就剩开新服圈钱了。
