“新衡山”客户端是衡山县融媒体中心整合本地媒体资源，全力打造的衡山党务政务移动 APP，是用户了解衡山、宣传衡山、推荐衡山的重要平台。
“新衡山”客户端涵盖了新闻资讯、广播电视直播和点播、投票调查、内容互动分享、意见信息反馈等基本服务，还可为广大群众提供政务服务、交通出行、旅游、地图、（水电气）缴费、充值、购物、路况、违章查询等一系列民生类应用服务。
