通知をタップしても開かない、通信できない環境で開いたときにログイン画面に戻ってしまうなど、不具合だらけでまともに使えません。

なぜ保育園等はこの業者のシステムを採用しているのでしょうか。今すぐ別のまともな専門家に発注すべきです。
