의류,침구류 맡기는데 이것때문에 완벽하게안대고 저것때문에 추가금붙고 이러면서 매번 세탁보낼때마다 추가금이 붙던지 안되는게있던지 그러네요.. 동네세탁소에서는 그런말씀없이 잘 해주시던데 도대체 뭐가 문젠지.. 바빠서 도저히 세탁소 방문이 어려울때 이용히기좋았는데 이용안할꺼같아요

간단하게 집 문고리에 꺼내놓기만 하면 빨리 수거해가시고 항상 깔끔하게 드라이해서 보내주세요. 강남권이라 다른 세탁소들은 기본1-2만원 받는거 크린나라는 저렴하고 합리적인 가격이라 자주 이용해요.

신발 세탁 맡겼더니 양쪽다 앞옆부분 파손되었고 그사실 숨기려고 몰래 본드칠까지 지저분하게 해서 아무말도 없이 보냈더라고요. 컴플레인 제기하니까 다시 수거해가더니 그제서야 말도 없이 본드칠한건 미안하다고 하고, 보상을 요구하니 세탁서비스 고지사항에 파손될 수 있다는거 적어놨기에 책임없다네요 ㅋㅋㅋ신발뿐만 아니라 의류도 지퍼손상 심하게 왔습니다. 

지인추천으로 한번 맡겨봤는데 다시는 이용안하렵니다. 태도와 서비스질이 엉망이고, 보상규정도 하나도 없습니다. 한 분이라도 더 피해자가 생기지 않으시길 바랍니다.

동네에 마음에 드는 세탁소가 없었는데 크린나라 알곡서는 매번 여기에만 맡기는거같아요 문앞수거에 배송까지 너무조아요 항상 깔끔세탁도 좋습니다 자주 이용할게요

세탁도 확실히 깨끗하게와서 만족하고있습니다
저번엔 패딩을 맡겼는데 세탁 후 뭉침이 심해질 수 있다고 따로 연락이와서 세심하게 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다 (근데 결과적으로는 뭉치지않았어요)
