## What is 专注时钟?

You meant to study for an hour. Somehow, you spent an hour scrolling instead.
This time, let the clock protect that time for you.

Open Focus Clock and your phone becomes a quiet desk clock.
Large digits fill the screen, rain falls softly in the background, and there is only one thing left to do: begin.

▸ Make the time you set aside count
“The next 45 minutes are for learning vocabulary.”
Set your focus time and what you want to work on. We’ll remind you when time is up, so there’s no need to keep checking the clock.

▸ Keep distracting apps out of reach
Block the apps most likely to pull your attention away while you focus.
You can even check how much time is left from your Lock Screen without opening the app.

▸ Create a quiet corner wherever you are
Rain on the roof, birds in the forest, a campfire late at night… Put on your headphones and let the noise around you fade away.
Choose from animated skies, auroras and falling snow, or use a favourite photo of your own.

▸ Every focused moment adds up
Each focus session is saved to your calendar, and your streak grows one day at a time.
Look back and you may realise: I can actually be this consistent.

Revising for exams, writing a dissertation, reading, studying or working —
spend a little less time scrolling and finish one more thing that matters.
