## What is スキップインターバルタイマー?

「HIIT」とは「High-Intensity Interval Training（ハイ・インテンシティ・インターバル・トレーニング）」の略で、高強度インターバルトレーニングのことを指します。インターバルトレーニングで、高負荷と低負荷の運動を交互に入れることで効果的な運動を行いましょう！
