스마트폰만 있다면 언제든지 인증번호 없이도 택배를 찾을 수 있으며 안심번호/유사번호/다시열기/카톡문의 등의 다양한 편리한 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

■ 안심택배함의 핵심기능 다섯 가지

① 인증번호 없이 택배 찾기 및 결제
앱 내에서 본인에게 배달된 택배를 한번에 볼 수 있습니다. 간단한 터치로 택배를 찾을 수 있어 인증번호를 찾을 필요가 없습니다. 또한, 사용료가 부과된 경우 앱에서 간단하게 결제를 진행할 수 있습니다.

② 안심번호로 택배 찾기
쇼핑몰에서 안심번호를 이용하여 주문을 하셨나요? 그럴 경우 인증번호가 주문자에게 도착하지 않을 수 있습니다. 앱에서는 안심번호만 알고 있다면 인증번호 없이도 간단하게 택배를 찾을 수 있게 도와줍니다.
※ 안심번호는 구매처(쇼핑몰 등) 혹은 택배 업체에 문의하셔야 합니다.

③ 잘못 보내진 인증번호 찾기
택배 기사님들의 실수로 전화번호가 1자리 또는 앞뒤로 잘못 입력한 경우에 앱 내에서 찾을 수 있습니다. 

④ 다시 열기
택배를 찾은 후, 60초 이내에는 같은 함을 다시 열기가 가능합니다. 

⑤ 카카오톡 문의
위 방법으로도 찾을 수 없었다면 카카오톡 문의를 통해 간단하게 인증번호를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 약간의 대기 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

■ 사용 방법
1. 최초 실행 시 구역(위치)을 선택하십시오. * 설정 메뉴에서 언제든지 다시 변경할 수 있습니다.
2. 메인화면 배달리스트에서 본인에게 온 택배를 모두 확인할 수 있습니다.
3. 찾고 싶은 택배를 터치하십시오. 
4. 해당 위치의 함이 열리고 택배를 찾을 수 있습니다. (단, 사용료가 부과된 경우 결제 우선)

■ 참고 사항
1. 안심번호인 경우 화면 하단의 "안심번호로 찾기" 기능을 이용하십시오.
※ 유사/안심 번호의 경우, 반드시 함 근처에서만 찾기 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. [카카오톡으로 인증번호 찾기]를 터치하여 카카오톡 플러스친구 채팅방에서 인증번호를 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 택배가 배달되면 PUSH 메시지가 발송되므로 최초 앱 실행시 알림을 허용해 주시기 바랍니다.
