في عندي مشكلة بالتطبيق و هي انه ما في صوت للتسجيل اللي بيبعتولي اياه! حاولت اكتر من مرة ابعتلهم انهم يساعدوني بس هلأ ما عم يردوا ولا يساعدوا. يعني مصاري راحت عالفاضي! نصاااابييين عالقليلة حاولوا تحكوا معي و تحلوا المشكلة

The worst. Readers are not professional at all, some of them takes for ever to reply (3 days or more) they talk for 2 minutes total and say nothing useful. customer service never replies or even addresses the problem or acknowledge receiving your complain. Very very short readings that says nothing, one coffee cup reader asked me to send her full information of the person whom I was in a relationship with and I was inquiring about the situation and the progress of the relationship and my partner’s feelings or intentions if it was reflected in my cup, she replied by asking me for his full name, full date of birth, his mother’s name, and even his picture. So weird.

التطبيق جيد إنما القراءة قصيره جداً جداً وغير تفصيليه ، ولما نرسل صور فنجان ماتوصل للقراءة إلا صوره أو صورتين رغم ان البرنامج يعطيك فرصه ترسل صور أكثر
