Bluetoothのイヤホンがうまく接続せず、全く使えなかった（テストでは問題なし）映画が始まってしまうと画面が光るので確認が出来ず、再接続の作業も厳しい。アナログでも有線イヤホンをおすすめします。

上映劇場によってか、座席によってか、演目によってか、わかりませんが、音量が小さすぎて聴こえにくいことが度々あります。聞こえにくくて料金返して欲しいと思う時があります！

歌舞伎ではイヤホンガイドをいつも利用しているので、使ってみることにしたらとても良かったです。
観ている途中で切れたら、映画館の中でスマホの画面を見るわけにもいかないし、どうしようかと心配でしたが全く問題なく最初から最後まで綺麗な音声で解説も自然で良かったです。イヤホンガイドを借りることを考えれば、650円という料金も妥当かと思います。

内容ももう少し突っ込んで欲しかった。
