## What is 長寿計算?

世界トップクラスの長寿国である日本。

実際のところどれくらい長寿となる確率があるかを計算してみましょう。

最新の生命表を用いて長寿になっても生存している確率（＝生存率）が簡単に計算できます。

例えば、現在３０歳とすれば、８０歳まで生存している確率はいくらになるか。９０歳だといくらになるか。

これらを簡単に計算できます。

計算に用いる生命表は厚生労働省が公表している最新の令和元年簡易生命表です。

また、現在、死亡率は改善傾向にあり、将来に渡って低下することが見込まれています。この死亡率の改善を織り込んだ将来の生命表に基づく生存確率も計算できます。

将来の生命表として国立社会保障・人口問題研究所が公表している生命表を使用して、２０３０年、２０４０年、２０５０年において、生存率が５０％と２５％になる年齢を計算しています。

なお、あくまでも日本人全体での生存率を計算するものであって、特定の個人の生存率を表すものではないことはご注意ください。

長寿が進む日本において、長寿に備えを検討するためにも、まずは長寿の確率を認識ください。
