妮飛健身空間 Nifei Fitness — 以健身運動生活為主，開幕於2016年秋天，位處內湖科技園區的瑞湖街與陽光街口；設立分店於2020年春天，位處復興南路二段捷運大安與科技大樓站中間，為高壓忙碌的上班族提供一個舒壓的空間。置有專業健身器材、跑步機和飛輪等有氧器材，搭配專業教練的課程設計 — 體型雕塑課程、TRX懸吊運動課程、NTC (NIKE TRAINING CLUB)、拳擊、瑜珈和一對一私人教練規劃等多樣化課程選擇，透過運動紓解壓力，更增進體魄，提升機能，為明日的奮鬥儲備戰鬥力。
此外，貼心準備的沖澡間，運動後快速沐浴，解決上班族運動的不方便，即便是午休來運動，也可以清爽面對下午的忙碌。
