避難行動支援アプリ - Application to support evacuation action, it is an application for Beppu city to help People with Disability (PWD) ask for helping. 

Main Functions: 
- Push notification of help requests 
- Display shelter locations around Beppu city with Shelter Description 
- Users can send, accept and cancel a help request in emergency situation
- Real-time tracking between a PWD and a volunteer
- Display a user current location on map
- Display historical flood map on the map viewer to support a decision making
- Emergency announcement for Beppu to send out to registered PWDs and volunteers
- Support multi language (English and Japanese)
