결제오류로 갑자기 6600원이 결제되서 환불요청해서 환불 받았습니다 그 뒤로 앱을 삭제했다가 최근에 다시 깔았는데 아이디와 비밀번호를 맞게 작성해도 자꾸 틀렸다고 나오고, 비밀번호를 이메일을 통해 변경했는데도 틀렸다고만 하고 아예 로그인 자체가 안됩니다 안에 그전에 충전한 꿀방울도 남아있어서 꼭 로그인 됐으면 좋겠는데 왜 안될까요?!!!!

어제 자고 일어났더니 13,200원이 결제 되어있길래 뭐지 하고 찾다가 꿀이 충전된 내역도 없고 제가 자고있을시간에 충전이 된거여서 이상하다 싶어서 환불을 했는데 그 뒤로 달보이스는 아예 로그인이 안되네요? ㅠㅠ 다른 컨텐츠 결제한것도 남아있는 아이디인데 결제가 안되면 어떡하나요,,,,, 제발 제 아이디 돌려주세요
