《我的重生》是一款美术风格精美的数值类文字游戏，玩家将以第一人称视角在一个架空的历史中重生，快速体验人生中最美好的20年。
游戏的初期阶段，玩家可以选择消耗体力值来安排自己的作息，进而提升自己的属性值，更高的数值对游戏后续的进程将会有很大的帮助。
玩家在游戏中的年龄到达五岁后可解锁打工及资产选项，通过打工可获得大量的金币，金币可用来购买资产、日常用品以及送给女主礼物。房屋和马匹是解锁女主好感度的重要条件，可以针对喜欢的女主进行购买，也可以购买更多马匹当做投资，等价格上涨的时间卖出赚取金币。投资可通过消耗很少的金币大概率获得翻倍的金币数量，是积攒金币的最好途径。
年龄到达八岁的玩家可畅玩邂逅功能，玩家可选择一个或多个喜欢的女主角进行攻略。根据指示完成相应的操作可获得女主的好感度，好感度可解锁女主的剧情，体验视觉小说的畅快阅读感。
