“云会诊”东软汉枫远程实时会诊平台系统的移动端应用，配合东软汉枫远程实时会诊平台相关的软、硬件系统，实现医疗机构与医疗机构之间，医生与医生之间的远程实时会诊需求。医生可通过手机、PAD、电脑登录。实现快速了解远端患者的基本状况，电子病历信息，检验影像信息，实时生命体征信息，使会诊的医生能够实时、清晰的与发起医生进行音视频的交流，实现即时会诊、远程查房的医疗需求。
