描述:主要有以下功能：
 1、结合居民或患者的求医需求和位置信息，点击找医院、找医生，可以查询到国家认证的医疗卫生机构或执业医师。帮助患者合理规划就医路线，节省就医时间。系统会优先推荐最近的诊疗机构并导航至目的地。
 2、居民实名认证后、可查看居民个人电子健康档案。
 3、驻地卫生行政部门和医疗卫生服务机构发布推送的新闻、通知、义诊活动、健康体检、健康教育等资讯，居民可以自动接受，及时了解。
4、为居民提供中西医疾病和健康知识，提高居民健康意识。
