绿洲保APP是一个基于移动互联网和区块链技术打造的通过消费获得医疗保障的数字化系统，通过绿洲保APP扫码可以实现即时分账，实时代缴，是一个使用方便、无门槛的消费型系统，通过消费代缴达标后的客户，可以在指定联盟医院医保结算窗口，用绿洲保APP付积分实现二次医保报销，继而实现大幅度降低个人自付医疗费的目的，这种消费获得医疗保障的模式可以让老年人也成为贡献者，进一步拉动消费、释放消费、刺激经济，是未来主流的医保报销模式。

该产品在使用过程中为了获取周边店铺和医院信息会持续使用GPS定位服务，切换至后台时，仍会保持GPS连接，相比其他操作会消耗更多电量，并影响电池续航时间。
