على دربي هي منصة تقدم خدمة بسيطة ومريحة للعملاء والسائقين إلكترونيا من خلال تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول.

حملته واخترت شحنة صغيرة من منطقة قريبة، وبقيت عدة أيام لم يتواصل معي سائق، ثم بعد وصول سائق وقبولي للطلب بنفس السعر المحدد بالبرنامج قام البرنامج بإلغاء الشحنة ! 
وراسلت قسم الشكاوى عدة مرات بدون رد، منا يدل على عدم الاهتمام والحرص على العملاء.
