## What is 威海营销通?

威海银行营销通为威海市商业银行信用卡专用营销工具，通过创新业务流程，便捷完成信用卡进件过程，提升客户体验和效率。
开通方式
不开通客户经理自助注册功能，复核条件的分行客户经理，由威海市商业银行信用卡中心维护人员参数后才能登录系统。外部人员勿下载尝试登录。
分行客户经理进件人员如无法登录，请联系上级管理员。
功能简介
【客户申请信用卡】：客户扫描客户经理二维码后在自己手机完成申请资料填写并提交。
【客户资料推送】：客户提交资料后，实时推送至客户经理APP。
【进件操作】：客户完成身份识别，填写《申请确认书》，完成后拍摄申请资料影像文件后上传至后台。
