为打造国家级江北新区领先品质，集约高效利用地下空间资源，紧密结合“创新名城先导区”的建设理念，依据《江北新区道路建设与整治导则》，需开发实践弱电管网集约化实施及管理的新思路。弱电集约化管沟是在“需求不出地块”的指导原则下“集中建设、集中运营、集中维护”，遵循“规划先行、规范建设、按需分配、有序使用”的项目全流程管理模式，各环节缺一不可，需要所有参与部门依托数字化平台工具，协同配合、信息互通。在规划、建设、使用、维护阶段均依据统一的GIS图纸信息，实现从规建到管养的闭合控制，以达到安全有序运行，提升运营商环境等目标。
