## What is 排便日誌アプリ?

排便記録をデジタル化する、排便日誌アプリです。
主に、医療介護現場で、対象者の排便記録ツールとなることを目的として開発されたものです。対象者の排便記録を入力することで、アプリ内に情報を蓄積することができ、排便状況に応じたアラート表示やアセスメントフローを確認することができます。
本アプリは診断や医療行為を行うものではありません。
