## What is 动态人脸识别?

功能：
1.视频中动态采集人脸，实现人脸注册，人脸比对等功能。
2.获取视频中的最大人脸和库里的ID进行比对。
3.实现了戴口罩的人脸比对功能。

说明：
a)采集过程和比对过程需要打开摄像头权限。
b)可以在无网络情况下运行本软件，不存在个人信息通过网络泄漏的风险。

Function:

1. Capture face dynamically in video , register with User ID and then match face.

2. Get the largest face in the video and match it with all the  IDs  in the library.

3. You can wear a mask when face matching.

Notice：

a) Camera access is required in the process of face capturing and face matching.

b) This software can run without network, so there is no risk of personal information leaking through network.
