全球眼手机app是中国电信股份有限公司江苏分公司推出的一款集摄像、录像、实时监控、云台控制、存储为一体的视频监控类手机客户端。客户通过该客户端可以随时播放实时监控视频，播放历史录像等业务。该客户端面向客户群为江苏电信全球眼平台客户，服务目标是辅助全球眼PC客户端，为客户提供更加方便、快捷的移动端服务。
