تطبيق” مشهد عسير ” يعمل على مساعدة الموظفين لمسح عناصر التشوه البصرى، الرصد الميدانى في أمانة منطقة عسير و البلديات الفرعية لأمانة منطقة عسير و البلديات التابعة للامانة ” 33 بلدية“. تطبيق” مشهد عسير منصة إلكترونية ولوحة تحكم لجميع العمليات داخل التطبيق. تستخدم بآلية محددة للمخولين بالمتابعة والتدقيق،  يمكن تبادل المستندات والصور بين إدارة المنصة والراصدين والمراقبين والمسئولين. وبالمنصة آلية لمتابعة التقارير. غرفة تحكم مركزية لكل البلديات لإستخراج معايير النجاح والآداء لعمليات التطبيق وآداء الموظفين والمراقبين والإدارات، مع تقارير بيانية وتنبيهات للملاحظات والبلاغات بصورة تلقائية للنظام.
