## What is 安馨办?

“安馨办”是安阳市政府为深化“放管服”改革、提升政务服务能力、落实“四个办”要求，与建设银行合作开发的一款智慧城市服务APP，旨在为安阳市广大市民和企业提供更为高效、便捷的掌上办事服务渠道。“安馨办”采用新一代技术架构实现了融政务服务、便民服务和普惠金融服务三大服务板块为一体的城市综合服务平台。群众通过刷脸认证等多形式验证登录后，即可一站式办理公安、交通、医保、社保、民政等多部门业务，以及水、电、气、暖等公共服务事项。安阳市行政便民服务中心成立于2001年10月，主要负责各部门进驻事项办理的组织协调、监督管理和指导服务；受理群众对行政机关及其工作人员的意见、建议和投诉。设有行政便民服务大厅、12345联动服务中心（市长便民公开电话）、行政便民网站（市长信箱、在线访谈）等工作机构。各县（市、区）均设有行政便民服务中心，乡（镇、街道）和村（社区）设有为民服务全程代理站点，市行政便民中心在城区还设有房产交易、车驾管、公积金，水务、燃气和供电6个分中心，形成了上下联动、便捷高效的市、县（市、区）、乡（街）、村（社）四级行政便民服务体系。“安馨办”--您身边的安阳市民之家。
