係一間致力提供自家車隊將價廉物美的優質牛扒及各種急凍食品速遞到家的頂級服務的公司，以價錢最「貼地」、服務最「親切」加上品質最「保證」先稱之為「正嘢」。

由1996年的傳統凍肉批發店發展至今，現已成為香港少數專門為各大社福院舍的急凍肉食供應商並承辦加工食品的工場。踏入2019年，年輕一代作出新嘗試，改變經營方針，開發網上銷售平台，令大家可以係屋企舒服方便品嚐高質食品。
