アプリを開いて持ち帰りのボタンを押すとアプリのダウンロードを勧められる
どぉやって持ち帰りが注文できるの？

登録時、注文時、確認メールが全く届かない。当日で予約したら、確認メールが届いたのは翌日という全く意味のない状態。何がしたいのか分からない。

力丸にはよく食べに行きますが、親戚が集まる日に持ち帰り予約する為にダウンロードしました。しかし、1週間後の持ち帰り予約なのに、ほとんどの商品が売り切れ。どう言う事？話にならない。

アプリを開いても白一色の画面のままで、アプリを一度削除して入れ直さないと治らなかったし、お気に入り店舗を今すぐに設定するというアイコンを押しても、設定する画面にいかないし、クーポンのお店で使うというアイコンを会計の時に押すと即座に使用済みに変わり、店員に使えませんと言われて使えなくなったし、本当に使えないアプリ。
あえて使えないように作られているようにも思える。本当に最低なアプリ。
力丸は好きでよく行くのに、このアプリのせいでしばらく行きたくなくなったほど。
