2.油耗记录，支持提交加油记录，给用户统计油耗变化，油费开支变化趋势，方便统计每月开发趋势，每次油耗趋势，各个开支对比等。
3.用户上报附近加油站优惠信息，通过审核之后，其他车主可以查看附近油站的折扣数据。
4.提供车主常用工具：油价资讯，国际油价，油耗计算器，附近优惠加油站，加油站数据上报，油价调价日期（调价周期），附近停车场，车牌归属地查询，天气预报，等功能
