One must register to use this app because you need a QR code to check in for every visit. Registration is difficult for those of us that can’t read Chinese. The calendar is useful because it shows scheduled appointments and provides an option to add each booking to your device’s calendar. From the icons, you can distinguish between facial and body treatments. Please add English menus so the rest of us can explore other functions that may be useful. And not all the must filled items marked with stars…. Ask the staff to raise these feedback to IT while she is super proud that the app is done by their company (Thanks for sharing. But no point to be so proud with such basic app with basic bugsssss) The most interesting was when my mum finished the service, the staff called back to ask for login PW for checkout the service. Are you serious??? I called to CS to report this case, CS mentioned again and again they wont take my complaint as I am not the one being served…. Holly!
