管理员手机可以对住户房门一键开锁。那万一在我们不在家的时候管理员随意进出呢？最好是增加一个每次开门的时间显示，这样对于住户来说也安全。那如果是住户的家里人开门进到房间拿了东西。也有利于管理员摆脱嫌疑。

每次临近交房租头都大了，每次催交房租，催好几次租客才会交。不交房租就断电这个理念真好啊，租客断过一次电后，再也没有拖交房租了。还能线上交电费，前两天好好研究了下这个软件，功能太全面了，居然还设置峰谷电，真的很方便。

租房子慎重，每次遇到事情他们管理员休息了的情况，用一句他们也没办法，我五百块钱管理费白交了吗？房租当天交了可能晚了几小时给我房间断电，第二天一早九点多就联系工作人员，到下午六点给我处理不了，打电话就说他们也没办法，别的还有种种，厕所堵了联系他们，也是维修人员休息了，三四天后才联系我通马桶，我早就自己花钱通了，等他们管我不上厕所了吗？还有不一一举例了
