تجربة استخدام تطبيق “بوابة أعمالي” كانت محبطة بكل المقاييس. أول ما يواجهك هو البطء الشديد في الأداء، وكأن التطبيق صُمم لزمن الإنترنت البطيء. التنقل بين الصفحات والخدمات يأخذ وقتًا طويلاً بشكل غير مبرر، مما يجعل المستخدم يشعر وكأنه عالق في دوامة من الانتظار.

واجهة المستخدم باهتة ومملة إلى درجة لا تُطاق، تفتقر لأي لمسة إبداعية أو تصميم عصري. الألوان قاتمة، والعناصر غير مرتبة بشكل مريح، وكأنها وُضعت بشكل عشوائي. لا يوجد أي مراعاة لتجربة المستخدم أو تسهيل الوصول السريع للمعلومات.

أما من ناحية المحتوى، فالتطبيق لا يقدم شيئًا يُذكر سوى الحد الأدنى من الخدمات الأساسية، التي غالبًا ما تكون متاحة بالفعل على موقع الجهة الرسمية. لا يوجد أي قيمة مضافة، ولا خصائص مبتكرة، ولا حتى محاولة لتطوير تجربة الأعمال بشكل فعّال.
