## What is 源思维学习?

你和高手的距离，全在刻意练习。
我们把各种知识分类存放在舒适区、学习区、和恐慌区。

1、在舒适区，存放在我们力所能及的各类知识，我们对它们非常熟悉，总是信手拈来。
2、在学习区，存放着我们尚未学到，但是可以利用舒适区的知识去理解的知识。要想理解学习区的知识，我们可能会面对一点点挑战。
3、在恐慌区，存放着我们无法理解的各种知识。

我们源思维要做的就是根据您的知识体系，有针对性的选择学习区的知识，通过刻意练习的方式，让您掌握学习区的知识，进而将学习区的知识转变成舒适区的知识。
