아이 학습 진도 체크하고, 선생님 문자 확인하고 단순한 기능으로 5년 넘게 사용하지만, 자동로그 아웃되는 거 때문에 은근 불편해서 잘 사용 안하게 되요. 다른 앱들처럼 로그인 유지 좀 잘되었음 좋겠어요. 못하는게 아니라 안하는거라는 점이 좀 그래요.

아이디랑 비밀번호 안 맞는다고 하여 홈페이지에서 수십번 바꿔서 인터넷으로는 들어가는데 어플은 여전히 아이디 비밀번호 안 맞는다고 하네요?? 관리 하라고 만든게 맞나요? 혈압 터져서 미치겠네요 최악이네요 
관리도 못하게 하는데 이거 해지 사유 아닌가요?

잘 사용하던 앱인데 간간이 로그아웃이 되어 있고, 제 아이디 비번으로 들어가면 로그인이 되지 않습니다! 브랜드 사이트에서 여러차례 비번을 수정하고 다시 학부모 앱에서 로그인을 시도해도 마찬가지이구요. 매번 이러니 너무 답답하네요! 이유가 뭘까요
