中国电信智慧商企移动端软件是中国电信面向中小型商企客户提供的智能组网服务软件，主要为商企智能组网客户提供在手机端进行商企智能组网的相关操作，包括：组网设备绑定与解绑、组网拓扑展示、网络状态监控、WIFI监测、组网设备管理、故障报障与故障跟踪、企业内部机构管理、企业用户管理等功能，为商企客户提供持续的企业网络维护保障服务。
