积极老龄观、健康老龄化、幸福老年人
新医联学院APP以全国老龄办10个老年慢病医联体牵头单位为依托，结合中国老年保健医学研究会院士顾问团强大技术支持，由4100多家卫生机构参与，从健康老龄化的角度关注生命全周期、全过程，提高老年慢病的整体防控水平。服务涵盖：老年健康知识科普、老年慢病防控的学术研讨、技能培训、直播互动、证书及项目查询等功能，旨在利用知识图谱和专家资源赋能基层医生，强化老年慢病预防与共生的理念，提升家庭照护服务能力，减轻2.5亿老年人的家庭负担，打造我国第一个老年慢病医联体培训与服务平台。
