مع الأسف لي اكثر من سنة أتعامل معهم ولاكن من اول مشكلة صارت طلبت بن وطلع سيئ مع انه غالي  تواصلت معهم عساس يشوفو اي حل ولاكن باختصار صرفوني قالو روح تواصل مع المحمصة أنا اشتريت البن منكم مو من المحمصة طبعا أسلوب تصريف باختصار مع انه المفروض يهتمو بالعميل وهم يحلو الموضوع مع المحمصة من اول تجربة مع خدمة العملاء كانت غير احترافية أبدا (ما انكر اني أتعامل معهم من اكثر من سنة وغالبا كان البن يوصلني جيد وتاريخه جديد إلى هاذي التجربة الي اكتشفت فيها خدمة العملاء كيف ما تساعدك أبدا
