Не приходит код на телефон, server error и все

вылетает из приложения при переходе к странице обратной связи в личном кабинете. 
это не самый последний функционал, может и первый. не починили с новым обновлением. 
поэтому ставлю 1 звезду. мне этот функционал нужен для приема чеков, тк  не корректно работает прием электронных чеков.

Не получается оплатить парковку в приложении. При сканировании штрих-кода билета появляется сообщение «Билет не найден».

Загрузила приложение, стала добавлять чеки.
Один не проходит, типо данные не видно, перефотографировала. Опять не подходит: качество фото им не то.
Загрузила новый чек, опять не подходит. Хотя чек в полный размер был, все видно.
Написала в поддержку. Один чек им водители старый, втооой написали, что учли и баллы начислены. Захожу в приложение: никаких баллов! Сумма чека теперь не подходит!
Вообщем, один обман как обычно. 
Само приложение работает нормально.
