## What is 海天车场管家?

海天停车管家是一款停车场业务管理系统，主要是针对停车场的人、财、物进行线上管理，主要功能如下：
1.人员考勤、审批
将传统手工排班布岗，考勤打卡，审批等业务流程完全转移线上移动端进行办公，流程优化，高效，数据完整，可靠。
2.日程管理
针对停车场现场业务管理，通过线上日程任务配置功能，统一向项目下发巡检、拜访、日报等日常任务，把工作落实到每一天的具体时间点，全局掌握项目工作动向。
3.长租审批
办理停车场长租业务，可增加审批流程，对每笔订单严格把关，避免项目工作人员贪污、谋利等行为。
4.AI监控
对停车场进行实时监控，AI识别技术可通过视频影像可识别场突发事件，例如道口拥堵、人员跌倒、打架等行为，同时对于进场车辆可识别车型、车辆品牌等汽车相关信息，用于商业拓展。
