云速报App
用于快速建立卒中患者病历并自动生成4大卒中平台（单病种、脑防委、ANGEL、卒中质控）的填报模板，避免医护工作者重复对同一卒中患者进行信息采集，提升卒中数据上报效率，有效降低人力、时间成本投入

2.病历列表：左滑可重新编辑病历或删除保存在本地的患者病历

1.病历列表：左滑可重新编辑病历，继续完善或更新病历内容
2.模板预览：点击可预览4大卒中平台的数据填报模板
