진짜 할때마다 배차도 됐다고 알람도 안뜨고 호출취소도 안되고 기사님들한테 욕만 오지게먹고 제가 왜 안먹어도될 욕을 먹어야하는지 기분 잡치네요 다시는 안쓰겠습니다

호출 후에 바로 다른 택시가 와서 취소버튼을 눌렀는데 수리가 안되더라고요, 결국 다른 기사님이 전화를 주시고 그제서야 취소가 됐습니다.

고객앱에서 호출시 하단의 우측 호출하기 버튼을 누르고 나면 하단에 취소하기 버튼이
나타납니다. 이 버튼이 의도하지 않게 눌러져 취소가 될 수 있습니다.

호출취소 버튼을 눌러지면 팝업창에서 확인/취소 버튼을 만들어서 한번더 확인후
취소되도록 프로세스 개선을 하도록 하겠습니다.
