## What is 舒尔特方格?

The Schulte Grid is to draw 25 squares of 1cm*1cm on a square card, and fill in 25 numbers, including Arabic numerals 1 to 25, on a square card. During training, the testee is required to point out its position with fingers in the order of 1-25. The shorter the time to count 25 numbers, the higher the level of attention.
