免费热线是杏仁盒平台为用户提供的一种语音的、免费的、即时的心理咨询福利。本质仍是心理咨询，用户可以在每周三、周日的晚上拨打免费热线获得心理支持和帮助。

【解忧】
当你有心事与烦恼，却不方便与身边的人们倾诉时，就在杏仁盒以书信的方式诉说吧。
平台将在诉说者设定的条件范围内，将诉说信件发送给其他用户。
每位用户每日将收到三封由系统随机分配的诉说信件。在阅读后你可以选择解答与否，或是鼓励诉说者。高质量的解答将收入至“优质解答”，并于平台展示。
通过信件来往，能够帮助你化开烦恼、找到精神的寄托。
