2022.9 アプリ起動してもローディング状態で進まなくなった。

アプリが使える店舗、使えない店舗があり、店舗全体でアプリを活用しようという取り組みも全く見えない。
そのくせ「良かったスタッフを教えて」などとは失笑。
アプリを全店舗でやるなら分かるが、使えない店のスタッフを紹介して何かあるのだろうか。
良かったスタッフは裏で「○○店舗の○○さんが今月の良かったスタッフに選ばれました」とか限定的にでもやっているのだろうか。その統計を見せて欲しいくらいだ。
アプリも中身も導入も中途半端。
コロナ禍よりも前からかぶら屋本部の取り組みが空回りしているように見える。
変な薄味の果実酒をやってみたり、何に合わせるのか不明なバーボンを入れてみたり、創業時からあった電氣ブランをメニューから外したり。

今一度、各店舗に来るお客様の世代を分析し、お客様の声を聞きつつ、各店舗の良さを伸ばした方が良い。

池袋や一部店舗、いわゆる本部付の店だけ優遇されたようなメニューが目立つだけに、このアプリもそんな本部目線のアプリなのだろう。
安くバリエーションも豊富な居酒屋は増えているので、いつまでも真夏に黒おでんをアレンジ無く出すことは限界だろう。

アプリの中途半端さが、昨今のかぶら屋の中途半端さを写しているようにも思える。
7〜8年前あたりの頃が一番活気があったように思う。
