## What is 中煤易投?

为了满足中煤招标在移动互联网下实现电子招投标各环节中签章、登录、加解密等关键操作，根据中煤招标的实际安全需求和业务需求，实现基于移动证书应用相关产品和技术，实现移动端的身份认证服务、移动证书全生命周期、电子签署服务与电子招投标业务应用的有机结合。使用户摆脱单一的USB KEY证书方式在招投标业务系统的身份认证和电子文件签署问题，解决电子文件的真实性、完整性、有效性等问题，建立安全可信的电子招投标业务环境。
