I can change my character’s look , but i can’t play the game , it kicked me out

When I had loaded into the game there was no adds which is good so far the title screen actually isn’t bad at all a problem is they need settings for different languages to make it easier to see what your pressing as well as talking to npcs, you get to customise your clothes,hair,accessories 

TIP:don’t press the green button at title screen it kicks you out
