## What is 社宅服務雲?

臺北市社會住宅線上服務，提供社會住宅承租戶使用，須有臺北通金質會員帳號及已承租社會住宅之住戶資格，才能登入使用。服務內容包含社區公告、線上報修、意見反映、線上繳費等功能。承租戶可透過APP報修住宅、繳費查詢、郵件通知等，隨時可得知社區最新訊息及各項服務通知。
