## What is 健身健心?

「身心禪」是為所有人設計的身心運動（mind body meditation），內容包括一系列的心理健康教育和靜修練習，可以促進身心健康，優化情緒，提升生命價值和改善人際關係。「身心襌」的特點是身心並重的運動，身心禪的心法是修身可以調心，養性可以養生。整套運動包括「每日一事」、「靜修運動」和「全心運動」。「每日一事」是利用日常的行為訓練，來轉化自己的壞習慣。「靜修運動」是在行住坐卧中習禪。
