慧年智能健康居家养老系统以家庭为核心、以社区为家、以化服务为基础，为老人即提供安全管理、集体服务，管理、主动健康管理、医服务及居家服务，实现有效对接和优化配置，推动居家看护智能化升级，从而实现数字化、网络化、生活的居家养老模式。
本项目为中新信息通信联合创新发展资金2020年支持项目，重庆2020移动物联网应用优秀案例。
【主要功能】
1、安全管理：通过智能设备进行老人居家空间改造，居家养老安全事件的及时发现、多级预警、实时为解决和协同管理机制，老人居家安全保驾航护。
2、主动健康管理：过老人自己在慧年养APP上登记自己的健康数据，基于老人登记的数据，进行相关趋势的展示及分析，同时把数据同步给家庭医生，让家庭医生可以实时查看老人的健康数据，有医生对老人做一些指导和治疗。
3、家庭服务：提供在线家庭医生承包商、在线餐饮咨询、电子健康档案、远程，健康教育权威功能，快速、更好的为老人进行服务。
4、居家服务：为老人提供线上助餐、助浴、送餐、保洁等的预约，让老年生活更便捷服务，让政府具备几项力！

注意事项:
-由于室外风险功能需要实时获取定位，所以切换后台时扔会保持GPS连接，通过实时获取定位，当老人超出我们设置的电子围栏时，让家人或才相关人员能第一时间确定老人的位置，确保老人的安全。
-持续使用后台实时定位在后台可能会衰减您的电池寿命。
-慧年养老已接入HeaathKit,可同步老人的健康数据到【健康】。
-您在使用应用程序时，在做出任何医疗决定前，请咨询专业医生。
-慧年养老提供的各种智能安全设备、智能健康设备在使用应用程序时，均作为接口，无法使用任何相关功能并连接任何设备，在您联系我们并与我们签订医疗健康许可相关协议后，我们会为您提供额外的健康监测设备，智能安全设备，为您的生活提供智能化保障。
